During the summer half term holidays, The Anton Arms and The Three Bees Project joined forces to host a special treat for clients of local charity, ‘Finding Freedom from Abuse’. Families who are supported by the charity were invited to enjoy tea, coffee and a snuggle with The Three Bees Project’s herd of gorgeous therapy goats, all for free.
Helen from Three Bees said, ‘It is always such a pleasure to watch our goats working their special magic. The children who attended were so sweet and gentle with the animals and the adults took the opportunity to catch up with others in a supportive environment. The sun even shone for us!’
Clare Meadowcroft at the Anton Arms is always keen to support the local community and charity events. Andover residents can support MacMillan Cancer Support through her regular MacMillan coffee mornings.
